LifeBlood

LifeBlood is a hex crawl game about sorcerers traveling across a dying, broken landscape, sapping the last of the strength in the environment to perform the magic that you need to reach your destination.

You'll move hex by hex across a map as the seasons change, encountering obstacles that you can fight with magic by corrupting the environment around you.

The world around you is run by the seasons: people are born into one of four seasonal cultural traditions, and practice magic that waxes and wanes with their native season. 

Magic was the lifeblood of the land, infusing it with vitality, but our sorcerers have slowly drained it for their arcane works. Now things lie desolate, the environment corrupted and traumatized.

Artifacts infused with magic lie hidden and buried, scattered across the landscape. With them, there might be hope of restoring things back to the way they used to be: or at least to buy us more time, or make our lives a little easier while the land fades.

This game is in early access and will receive updates to the rules, gameplay, design, and art.
